This project involved the removal and replacement of an old worn concrete driveway and front entrance. The clients goal was to increase the curb appeal of their home. To give it that wow factor, we upgraded to an exposed aggregate finish with a beautiful coloured stamped border around the perimeter of the driveway. The old sub straight was removed and replaced with 8″ of structural fill and all new concrete was reinforced with rebar throughout. When marrying two pours together, we ensure there is no separation by connecting all the rebar between the two. This project also included a walkway leading to the backyard and a beautiful stone retaining wall around the perimeter to create raised garden planters. In this photo gallery you will see some elements of site preparation through to the final product.
